2018 IESF Vision

Ever since licensing was first passed into law in Florida, I have had a vision to help educate those early newcomers to our industry with quality Education and informative Training events.

I had been conducting State Approved training events for years and through my desire to gain more knowledge myself, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with numerous industry leaders who share this type of common goal and have been guest speakers at many of my events over the years.

These training events have grown from small classes with 15 to 20 attendees to a large scale training event that now draws in excess of 100 + attendees to meet, network, share and learn from industry leaders while obtaining the necessary 14 CEU’s for  Florida licensed Mold Assessors and Remediators .

The Interdisciplinary agenda has grown in scope and size with exceptional Speakers from all corners of the Environmental arena as evidenced by those listed on our SPEAKER page.

Much of this development is Thanks to Pete Consigli, the IESF Conference Facilitator & Program Director along with John Lapotaire, IESF Co-Director of programming and myself, as the IESF Conference & Expo Organizer. There has been  support from many prolific and notable professionals within the Environmental Industry.

This year’s event has grown and the ‘bar is being raised once again’!  IESF 3, which has returned to Ft Lauderdale Florida, will offer a multi-subject program with the theme of “Microbial Trench Warfare :A Day in the life of Mold Assessors and Remediators!”

The 2018 IESF Conference events include: A Mock Trial and  Deposition  with leading Inustry  Attorneys and and Specialty Experts , a RTPE (Registered Third Party Evaluator) wortkshop  led  by Ken Larsen, along with the usual 14 hours of Continuing Education Units (of varying subjects) as required for Florida license renewals and  needed by the July 31, 2018 deadline. All educational programming will also comply with industry certification CEC requirements.

We look forward to seeing you at Florida’s premiere training event for those specializing in the mold assessment and remediation bussiness. We invite you to – Learn Much, Eat Well, Network with Many and enjoy the time you spend at this IESF 3 Environmental Science Forum in Ft Lauderdale, FL.

Thank you,

Richard Alexis.
