Sponsorship and Vendor spaces are available on a

FIRST COME – FIRST SERVE basis.

SPONSORS & Vendors will be positioned around the perimeter of the Ball Room, directly adjacent to the main Speaker room, with all Breaks and Meals taking place in the center of this large space allowing for quality contact time with the event attendees.

  • Booths may NOT display Chemicals of any type. Empty Bottles may be displayed of product line.
  • Booths should be manned during all breaks and Meal times.
  • Set up will take place on Thursday afternoon at 1:00 pm and must remain in place until Saturday afternoon.
  • Use of booth microphones or loud music etc. is NOT permitted.
  • Obstructing traffic flow and pathways is NOT allowed, PLEASE maintain your products in your allotted space.
